Sarah Crabbe has over 25 years’ experience in providing senior strategic counsel to a large number of global brands. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Sarah has provided counsel for some of North America’s leading brands and has led agency teams to Strategy Canadian Agency of the Year top 3 placements in consecutive years.
Prior to leading the team at Agnostic, Sarah has held partnership roles in global and local agencies in Toronto, London, and Ireland and led communications strategy for some of the world’s leading brands including Netflix, Intuit, Loblaw, Dyson, PC Financial, RBC Ventures, PepsiCo Foods, Live Nation, Guinness, Telus, Tim Horton’s and many more.
Sarah is passionate about delivering creativity in each engagement and believes agencies only do brave work when they have truly brave clients. An Irish native, Sarah has lived all over the world, including New York and Jamaica and currently lives in Toronto with husband and their two children.

Which is why she loves reality TV, 24 hr news and Christmas movies - in equal measure. You will never find her on a rollercoaster, she’s been in comms since before Twitter and is most likely to ask the question ‘So, What?” when considering how our work can make a difference.

Lena leads Agnostic’s corporate and technology offerings, providing senior counsel to some of Canada’s top CEOs and executives. For more than two decades, she has provided strategic counsel to many of the country’s most beloved brands, developing rich narratives for clients across multiple sectors.
With an inspired ability to help brands connect with people in culturally and personally relevant ways, she offers deep experience building and leading programs that span public advocacy, thought leadership and executive profiling, B2B, financial and technology communications, as well as helping clients navigate through complex issues and crises.
Lena believes in leading with empathy, inspiring her teams through example and building strong relationships that go well beyond the workplace. She empowers her teams to do their very best work to meet each client’s specific goals and objectives.
She holds a healthy curiosity about the world, having lived in the UK briefly, and enjoys exploring new places with her husband and daughters.
Defacto agency Mom, master puzzler, living the “what if” life
Mom is a badge of pride for Lena - mother of two kids, and the agency Mom who always is ready to lend an ear and help others work through any challenge, big or small. She is always ready with a warm baked good and time for those she considers part of her family.
Though the pandemic reignited her love of puzzles, it has become a metaphor for how she views the world: All the pieces are on the table, waiting for you to put them together, one step at a time.
If there is one thing that keeps Lena motivated, it is the possibility of “what if?” From her first conversation about joining Agnostic to her everyday work, “What if…” is her main driving force, keeping her inspired, helping to inspire others and bringing her joy each and every day.

As the lead of Agnostic’s consumer offering, Sherri-Lyn is a seasoned consumer marketing leader with more than 18 years of experience working across varied sectors including consumer health, CPG, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, travel and more.
A storyteller at heart, she understands what it takes to reach an audience through a smart, insights-driven approach and firmly believes that better questions drive better results.
Before joining Agnostic, Sherri-Lyn spent 10 years at a global PR firm providing senior strategic counsel to leading global and local clients. In her role, she was adept at identifying client challenges and building tailored, integrated teams and campaigns to solve them. Her work has included integrated campaign development and execution for brands such a Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, KraftHeinz, Mars and Alcon Vision Care, to name a few.
Known for her empathetic leadership style and thoughtful, calm-under-pressure approach, Sherri-Lyn is a solutions-oriented client strategist and passionate team leader who believes people always come first.

Once an avid traveler, enjoyer of quiet time and lazy weekends away, Sherri-Lyn is now a mother of three, grandmaster of chaos and lover of hot meals and good wine.
A city girl at heart, Sherri-Lyn recently moved with her family to a lovely, sleepy town in the country where the sunsets are dreamy and the kids run free.
